Product Description

Basic Working Steps:
1. Rectification (AC to DC)
The incoming AC power (typically 220V or 380V) first passes through a rectifier unit, which converts it into DC power.
A filter circuit (usually capacitors) is used to smooth the DC voltage.
2. Inversion (DC to AC)
The DC power is then fed into an inverter circuit (built with IGBTs or similar semiconductor switches).
The inverter generates a new AC output with adjustable frequency and voltage.

By varying the output frequency, the motor speed can be precisely controlled.
3. Control System
Inside the VFD, a microcontroller (MCU/DSP) continuously manages and adjusts output parameters.
Various control methods are supported, such as:
V/F Control (Volts per Hertz control)
Vector Control
Direct Torque Control (DTC)
This enables intelligent, dynamic adjustment based on real-time operating conditions.
