ZBW Three phase non-contact regulator is a new generation of intelligent fast energy -saving regulated power supply designed by our company which absorbed foreign advanced technology and combined with China 's national conditions to stabilize AC voltage. The central control system of the voltage regulator adopts intelligent control of single-chip microcomputer and is equipped with multi-language liquid crystal display, which highlights the safety, stability, energy saving and humanized human-machine interface of the device, Compared with traditional compensation regulators, ZBW series non-contact regulators have three significant advantages: intelligent control and display, fast voltage regulation, and quiet energy saving.
ZBW Three phase non-contact regulator in mainly composed of compensation transformer (controllable transformer), thyristor non-contact switch, high speed AD sampling and intelligent processor composed of single -chip microcomputer. No carbon brush, no contact, no mechanical transmission, digital intelligent control. 12-bit high -speed AD acquisition 128 points per week, single chip digital processing and RMS calculation, accurate control, large-scale programmable logic device and microcontroller. User friendly human machine interface: you can view and set various indicators of the regulator through the touch panel.

A.Usually it will take about 7-20 days for production. For sample usually in 1 week.

 

Q 3. Tell me the standard of package?

A. For the small capacity, color box as inner package and carton as delivery package. For big capacity, use strong wooden case for protection.

 

Q 4. What kind of material of stabilizer?

A. For servo type stabilizer, we have two types, one 100% copper and the other is copper with aluminum. It depends on your requirement . In fact, those two have no difference if normal work well. Only except the long life. Copper is better and also higher price. For relay type stabilizer, we use toroidal coils, the material is aluminum. comparing with square coils, toroidal coils with high efficiency.

 

Q 5.Could you offer Form A or C/O ?

A. It's totally not a problem. We can prepare relative documents to foreign affairs office or other offices to apply for this certificate.

 

Q 6.Would you accept to use our logo ?

A.Our logo is ZX. If your order, has good quantity, it's absolutely no problem to do OEM. But if you use our logo ZX, it will be high appreciated.

A. It depends on which model. For example for relay type small capacity , month capacity can reach near 10000pcs and big capacity near 2000pcs.
