S13 10kV High Voltage 3-Phase Oil Immersed Pad Mounted Transformer with Amorphous Alloy Core (SBH15-M)
The SBH15-M Amorphous Alloy Transformer represents cutting-edge technology in energy-efficient power distribution. Leveraging an advanced core material, the amorphous alloy transformer offers significant energy-saving advantages, which are primarily driven by the unique soft magnetic properties of the iron-based amorphous alloy, combined with a precise design and manufacturing process. Energy Efficiency: The core of the transformer is crafted from amorphous alloy strips, achieving a no-load loss that is approximately 80% lower than the S9-type transformer and 25% lower than the industry standard set by JB/T 10318. This reduction in energy loss contributes to lower operational costs and improved overall efficiency. The transformer is designed with a Dyn11 connection group to mitigate harmonic disturbances and enhance grid power quality.

1.The core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45°three-stage fully oblique seams, no punching, and the core column is brushed with polyurethane varnish for curing.
2.The coil is made of oxygen-free copper conductor with reasonable structure, which improves the resistance to sudden short-circuit.
3.Increase the effective support of winding end face, so that the short-circuit resistance of the winding is further improved.
4.Oil storage cabinet is cancelled, and the wave fin of corrugated oil tank replaces the oil pipe as the cooling element, the wave super can expand and contract with the volume expansion and contraction of the transformer oil, the transformer oil is isolated from the atmosphere, which prevents and reduces the deterioration of the oil quality and the insulation dampness, and strengthens the operation reliability, and the normal operation is free of maintenance.
