General

SBK series three-phase dry-type transformer, suitable for AC 50 ~ 60Hz, input voltage does not exceed 1000V in the circuit, as a variety of machine tools, mechanical equipment and other general electrical control power, local lighting and indicating power, can also be used as a small power Power supply

Structure

SG and SBK series three-phase dry-type transformers can be made into open or protective type, with the advantages of low loss, low noise, good fire performance and no pollution to the environment. Transformers are divided into control transformers and lighting transformers according to the purpose of the products; control transformers are fixed transformers; lighting transformers are portable transformers except for lighting transformers for machine tools. The iron core of the transformer is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and the steel yoke is clamped on both sides by a steel or steel plate and fastened by a screw. According to the structure, the product is divided into two types: open type and protective type. The protective type is made of steel plate into a case, the transformer is inside the case, and there is an inlet and outlet hole outside the case to install the power line. A. For servo type transformer, we have two types, one 100% copper and the other is copper with aluminum. It depends on your requirement . In fact, those two have no difference if normal work well. Only except the long life. Copper is better and also higher price. For relay type transformer, we use toroidal coils, the material is aluminum. comparing with square coils, toroidal coils with high efficiency.
